Campus dining serves all schedules, dietary needs and palates with all-you-can-eat and à la carte dining locations, coffee shops, convenience stores and retail locations. If you live in a Mizzou residence hall, they also can provide you with packaged meals when you’re sick!

Mizzou has 40 student-led club sports teams that compete in 33 sports against other schools across the nation. There are teams for all levels of competitiveness.
The Counseling Center provides Mizzou students with confidential mental health services, including individual and group counseling, emotional and crisis support services, and training on self-care and caring for others.
The Disability Center helps Mizzou students with disabilities, mental illnesses, chronic illnesses and temporary injuries succeed. Accommodations can be made for classes, housing, dining, transportation and more.
The Missouri Student Unions offers dry cleaning and laundry services. Drop off your items in the Student Center at the post office counter next to The Mizzou Store. Pay per item by weight or by purchasing a one- or two-semester plan.
Think of it as your campus living room. You can reserve rooms in the Student Center and Memorial Union for meetings, presentations, study groups or workshops. You’ll also find dining options, social justice centers and student-run businesses there.
The Mizzou Aquatic Center boasts four pools where you can relax, play or compete.
Mizzou’s student recreation complex and fitness facilities are some of the best in the nation. Inside, you can box, pump weights, cycle, play basketball, run the track or scale the climbing wall. Outside, you can play tennis, sand volleyball and run laps.
The Office of Service Programs connects you with opportunities to serve and network with local community-service agencies and nonprofits. Resources include the annual Volunteer Fair, Step Forward Day, Service Week and Service Ambassadors.

The Student Health Center helps you look after your physical, behavioral and reproductive health. They also offer wellness and preventative care, resources for victims of sexual assault and relationship violence, and care for transgender students and students with disabilities.

This fitness program, offered through MizzouRec, features more than 100 cardio, strength, flexibility and meditation classes to help you meet your fitness and wellness goals. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance.
The Department of Student Activities screens free movies every Wednesday and $1 films every weekend. Titles include new releases, classic features, documentaries and more.
